Community Offerings
“If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.”
Crows can teach humans so much and (clearly) I absolutely cherish them.
Crows tend to be somewhat solitary in nature, though are firmly rooted in community.
Community for crows means tending to each other in life, camaraderie, struggle and death.
Community for crows grows between one and another, and notably, crows also form deep bonds with human beings.
At Sacred Crow, I embrace & embody the community-natured spirit of Crow.
It is with immense gratitude and privilege to hold space for members of the greater Baltimore community and for my fellow practitioners.

The mindful mountain queers
a free hiking group for lgbtqIA+ community members 18+
The Mindful Mountain Queers hiking group formed in December 2020 out of deep need for intentional social connections with like-minded queer folk. This incredible group of people are united in working toward wellness in mind, body, and spirit as well as fostering greater connection personally, socially, and with nature through hiking.
Hikes are held the first Saturday of the month at a Maryland park, and are low to medium intensity. The Mountain Queers move at an intentionally slow, steady, mindful pace. When rain, winter, or boredom strike, our group pivots into other activities and spaces together. Over the years, in addition to hiking around Maryland, our group has had movie + processing nights, craft parties, completed volunteer trash pick-ups, and even tried paddle board yoga.
In between hikes, our community stays in touch on our Signal group text. Signal is a free, secure texting app and can be downloaded here. It’s important our hikers stay well connected and supportive of one another. There’s no pressure or expectation to participate or sign up for the group text if that isn’t your thing…you’re meant to come and exist as you are here.

The flow group
following light owning wisdom
The Following Light Owning Wisdom (FLOW) Group serves as a sacred space for like minded people to explore the interconnection between the psychological, metaphysical, and spiritual.
Do you identify as empathic and intuitive? Have you been searching for a safe, sacred space? Are you curious to explore the intersectionality of mind, body, spirit, and community-oriented ways of being? If these questions resonate, perhaps it’s a sign...
The Following Light, Owning Wisdom group unites like-minded, spirituality gifted and curious individuals in healing and actualization through group practice and process. Over the course of six 90 minute group sessions, FLOW members will gather, share, and explore aspects of Self, spirit, and beyond through various psychological, somatic, and expressive exercises.
This group is open to anyone 18+ who is curious about the profound interconnection of psychology and spirituality. Facilitators and topics change from cycle to cycle. This third cycle of the FLOW Group begins on the evening of the Full Moon…a powerful time to gather and root into our intentions.

Sacred Symptom
Making Meaning of What Hurts
Saturday, April 27th at 10 AM EST
FREE Workshop
ZOOM
A collaborative offering with therapist Silvia Hazel
Join us for a free online workshop created for those who sense that their symptoms, patterns, or emotional pain might be asking for something deeper — something sacred — to be heard.
As therapists, we often meet clients who carry invisible stories beneath their anxiety, burnout, sadness, or confusion. This workshop invites you to slow down and turn toward these experiences with curiosity and compassion. We believe our symptoms are not just problems to fix, they are meaningful signals that can guide us toward transformation.
What to Expect
In this 75-minute offering, Silvia Hazel and I will hold a grounded, nonjudgmental space for self-inquiry and insight. Through guided reflection, group exploration, and embodied practices, we’ll begin to explore how symptoms might be messengers from within — connected to the stories we carry, the identities we’ve learned to perform, and the longings we’ve tucked away.
This is not a therapy group or a space for processing trauma, but rather a gentle invitation to reframe your inner experience through a different lens — one that honors your symptoms as sacred indicators rather than something broken.
Who It’s For
This workshop is open to anyone curious about their internal world, including therapists, healers, creatives, and anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly questioning. You don’t need to have any prior experience — just a willingness to show up and listen inward.
This collaboration was born from our shared belief that healing isn’t just about symptom relief, it’s about meaning-making. We created this space for anyone yearning for a deeper conversation with themselves and the wisdom their bodies hold.
